Model Contract for Technical Work on-site
Denne kontrakten tar for seg tekniske arbeider utført på kundens områder.
These conditions are primarily intended to be used when the contractor’s personnel perform technical work at the customer’s premises. The work can either be independent from other contractual obligations or it can be an additional obligation in a contract for delivery of equipment. The work can, for example, consist of erection work, commissioning, reconditioning, fault tracing, adjustment or assembling a product line, which (partly) consists of products and components of third parties. These conditions are not, however, intended to be used for purely intellectual work, such as design or computer programming. The work and services should always be carried out at the site of the customer.
A COMPREHENSIVE SET OF TEXTS FOR SPECIFIC WORK
Any activities at the customer’s site which are not linked with the supply of products may be covered by this set of model contracts. However please note that there is a comprehensive set of ORGALIME texts to cover specific work or services, such as the conditions on serial processing of materials, the conditions on preventive and corrective maintenance, the conditions on repair and the conditions for supervision of erection work.
This set consists of two model contracts for technical work on a site. Payment may be a lump sum or on a time basis according to a schedule of rates. It is sold in a package that consists of the publication in paper format and on CD-ROM.
