When companies consider entering into any kind of cooperation agreement, they often have to provide technical, commercial or financial information which they want to keep confidential. In these cases the parties can conclude a non-disclosure agreement in order to keep business information, which is not otherwise protected, confidential. Since most cooperation agreements already provide for a clause regarding confidentiality, this model only deals with the situation before the parties have entered into an agreement. It is based on mutual obligations of confidentiality. The models (9 language versions) are delivered in a package with a printed document and a CD-Rom.
